How We Use Your Gmail Data

We use the Gmail "Send" permission for the sole purpose of allowing you to send emails directly from our application.

  • No Reading: We do not read, access, or store your inbox, sent folders, or any other email content.
  • No Modification: We do not modify or delete any existing emails in your account.
  • User-Initiated Only: Emails are only sent when you explicitly trigger the "Send" action within our interface.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We do not use your Gmail data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages (e.g., for technical support).
  • We do not use your Gmail data for training AI or machine learning models.
  • We only transfer data to third parties if necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the app's interface.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your Google user data with third parties except as required by law or to provide the core functionality of sending your emails through Google's own servers.

Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your OAuth tokens. You can revoke Tonisoft’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
