Karunguru Coffee is a family-owned coffee farm in Kiambu, Kenya, that has been producing high-quality coffee since 1928. The farm also offers farm tours and online shopping for its customers. However, the farm faced some challenges in managing its online presence and operations. That's why they approached us for a solution.
We developed a new website and a CRM system for Karunguru Coffee that would help them streamline their operations and reach more customers. The website features a modern design, responsive layout, and easy navigation. It showcases the farm's history, products, and testimonials from satisfied customers. The website also has a shopping cart that allows customers to buy coffee online and pay using MPESA or PesaPal payment gateways. The CRM system is integrated with the website and helps the farm manage its orders, inventory, shipping, and email communication. The CRM system is also integrated with Zoho mail for sending and receiving emails, and with Sendy and DHL shipping APIs for tracking and delivering orders.
The project was completed within the agreed timeline and budget, and met the expectations of the client.
